1. Right of withdrawal
Under Swedish distance selling law (Lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), which implements EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date on which you (or a person you nominate) physically receive the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below or any other unambiguous statement.

2. How to initiate a return
- Notify us by email at inquiry-@quimnarrfroz.world within the 14-day withdrawal period, including your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm receipt and provide a return address within 2 business days.
- Send the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are defective.
3. Conditions for return
To be eligible for a full refund under the right of withdrawal, returned goods must be:
- Unopened and with the original tamper seal intact.
- In their original, undamaged packaging.
- Not past their best-before date.
If the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (i.e. beyond how you might inspect them in a physical shop), we reserve the right to deduct an amount representing that diminished value from the refund.
4. Refund process
Once we have received the returned goods and verified they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the return (or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier). Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and provided this does not incur any fees for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of return, whichever is earliest.
5. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive goods that are defective, damaged in transit or do not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at inquiry-@quimnarrfroz.world with a description and, where possible, photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense, including return shipping costs for defective items. Your statutory rights under Konsumentköplagen are not affected.
6. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been opened or whose seal has been broken after delivery, where the goods are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. Accordingly, opened packages of Lunavionil capsules are not eligible for return unless the product is defective.
